Our Process

We define, review and refine our workflow as per the scope of work. The standard workflow for the abstraction begins with the document download. We carefully segregate the documents and perform document reviews to identify the Abstractable documents. Document QC will be performed with a checklist eliminating last-minute queries.

Abstractions are performed by trained resources. Our Quality Associates will review the abstracts. Furthermore, the Quality Lead will review and assure 100% accuracy of Dates and Dollars. We eliminate all the seepage and deliver accurate abstract reports. Our team is experienced and can deliver on all the Lease Administration platforms.
